Floor Plan in Hotel Lutetia
1) Perfect location: surrounded by beautiful bakeries, authentic Parisian lifestyle, non-touristic yet luxury, cool and under-the-radar, only luxury five star grand hotel on the left bank 2) Interior Design and Suites: Unique design of each specialty suite respectively dedicated to one artist or one theme. I experienced the Coppola Penthouse Suite. the balance of authentic mid-century chic, lofty Parisian attic perfected by the luxury furniture, the intricate eye for detail, the collaboration with Francis Coppola for the special final touches: his authentic vintage cameras around the living room, art pieces donated by Coppola on every wall. Shelves of books filled with art, cinema, literature, photography, culture and city guides, literatary, etc., that will make you want to sit and read each one (1 year may be enough for that). The bathroom and bedroom don’t leave a single thing more you could want. A marble bathtub with a view and a bedroom with a long size cloud mattress, TV adjustable to any angle, and a terrace opposite the bed. 3) Rooftop and View: The three balconies all have the post-card Eiffel Tower view, but the stairs, covered by a glass top that can be opened or closed using a single button, open it and step up to a rooftop, wrapping around almost the whole top floor of the building, with sun beds and a view tang is possibly the best in the city. Customer Service: Every single member of staff was kinder than necessary, and genuine in their care and smiles. The English is perfect, 24/7 room service, a spa with a large indoor pool, and a concierge ready to meet all your requests.

To celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary, my husband and I chose this hotel at which we had stayed for our Paris honeymoon trip in 1995. The recently renovated property, which earned the designation of Palace Hotel in 2018, is stunningly beautiful. Our experience was exceptional, from the gracious welcome and tour we received upon arrival, to the luxurious comforts of our room (such as silky-smooth bed linens and four of the loftiest and plumpest down pillows I have ever seen, blackout curtains that drew closed at the tap of a finger on the screen on the wall, and an all-marble bathroom and shower with a rain shower-head in the ceiling), to the bespoke housekeeping and service (such as coming back to our room to find our slippers laid out on cotton mats on each side of the bed and our luggage and toiletries placed on similar cotton mats so that they did not contact the marble shelves or the wood parquet floor, and on our wedding anniversary coming back to our room to find a gorgeous, gilded red-rose cake for us to enjoy). Every morning we enjoyed the American Breakfast buffet in the Brasserie Lutetia, and it was a delicious extravagance of treats and delicacies. The croissants are perfection! And the kitchen makes (to order) French crepes and American pancakes with equal aplomb. Please see my attached photos, which say it all. I give the Hotel Lutetia my highest recommendation: it exceeded all our expectations, and we look forward to coming back.

Lutetia was a wonderful surprise since we've been many times in Paris and had stayed in lots of fancy 5 stars hotel. For us, what most impressed was the personal treatment in a big hotel. Since the checkin, the staff welcomed us by our names and kept an outstanding service along the stay. We will be back for sure.
